Decked out in what can only be described as a two-in-one political metaphor and fashion experiment, Elliot wore a structured black blazer up top and a voluminous black skirt below — featuring a massive, hand-painted elephant. Yes, an actual elephant. On his outfit. Bold doesn’t even begin to describe it.
