grant iSEE MAGAZINE the right to take photographs and/or videos of me and my family and or other personal representatives in connection with my participation in the face of iSEE MAGZINE and any activity affiliated to or related to iSEE MAGAZINE. I hereby authorize iSEE MAGAZINE, its representatives, assigns, and transferees to use, copyright and publish the same in print and/ or electronically. I agree that iSEE MAGAZINE may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purposes including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and web content. I assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury while participating in any activity affiliated or related to the Face of iSEE MAGAZINE, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
