An audio recording of Davido’s logistics manager, Isreal Afeare, apologizing to his boss’ ex-girlfriend, Sophia Momodu, has surfaced online. This comes after Sophia confronted him regarding comments he made about her on social media.
In May, Sophia had called out Isreal after he suggested that her vacation with her daughter, Imade, in Monaco was funded by Davido.
Earlier today, Isreal posted another comment, targeting a woman he described as a gold digger involved with a younger, wealthy man.
Shortly after this post, an audio recording between Isreal and Sophia was leaked. The recording revealed that Sophia had called him to express her displeasure.
“Isreal, respect yourself! When David is maltreating Imade, you all stay silent as if you don’t know what he’s doing. You all have watched this man abandon his child. Then you have the audacity to speak… I take care of my child, and you talk about your boss’ money. You should mind yourselves. The only reason I’m not insulting you right now is because we are from the same place,” an angry Sophia could be heard saying.
In response, Isreal said, “Madam Sophie, listen to me, you are my sister now!”
Sophia immediately corrected him, stating she is not his sister and doesn’t know him like that.
“Ask your boss if I have ever spoken ill of you and if I haven’t been asking about Imade. I am telling you the truth,” Isreal said.
Sophia then issued a stern warning for him to stop spreading lies about her on social media, emphasizing that Davido has not spent any money on Imade in three years.
“Madam, I beg you, sorry. Madam Sophie, please,” Isreal pleaded.
