Nollywood star Adejumoke Aderounmu, best known for her role as Esther in “Jenifa’s Diary,” has tragically passed away at the age of 40.
The actress reportedly died in the early hours of Saturday, April 6, 2024, though the cause of her death remains undisclosed at this time.
Her family released a statement via a flier, expressing their profound grief over the loss of their beloved sister, daughter, and aunt, Aderonmu Adejumoke Oreoluwa.
Filmmaker Seun Oloketuyi also confirmed her passing in an Instagram post on Monday, April 8, 2024, describing her as a former star of the popular series “Jenifa’s Diary.” Oloketuyi’s post indicated that details surrounding her death are still unclear.
