Nominees must be active businesses with a location in the US, operating for at least 3 years, and independently owned. They must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics: revenue growth and/or job growth, innovative products or services, exemplary customer service, and support for community activities.
Most Fashionable Male – Dress Code
A stylish man who appreciates current fashion trends or maintains his own aesthetic, displaying originality and confidence, paying attention to detail with accessories, accompanied by good grooming and deportment.
Most Fashionable Female – Dress Code
A stylish woman who appreciates current fashion trends or maintains her own aesthetic, displaying originality and confidence, paying attention to detail with accessories, accompanied by good grooming and deportment.
Face of iSEE
A young lady possessing the following qualities: beautiful, intelligent, modest, classy, and fashionable.
Excellence Award (All Categories)
Leadership
Must be an excellent role model who inspires and encourages personal and professional development in others, builds strong relationships based on trust and credibility, and readily adapts to new situations.
Healthcare
The recipient of the Healthcare Excellence award is selected based on displaying exemplary service and performance, upholding the standard of providing unsurpassed care and treatment, going above and beyond the call of duty, and actively contributing to the community.
Legal
Nominees must have acted to change existing legal structures or ensure access to the justice system, protect individual rights, address ethnic tensions, and advance democracy and the rule of law in their community and beyond.
Nollywood
This award is given to a creative producer/actor/actress whose body of work reflects consistently high-quality production and achievements in the industry.
Youngest Entrepreneur Award
Awarded to a young professional/entrepreneur under 50 years of age who demonstrates leadership, commitment to the community, high character, integrity, personal and professional values, and actively improves networking skills and connections.
Best Couple of the Year
Must have been married for a minimum of 5 years, displaying a good example to other couples with their actions and deeds, public display of affection, appreciation, and commitment, positive communication and shared values, and effective stress and crisis management.
Best Dressed of the Day (Event Day)
Evaluation based on the appropriateness of the outfit, displaying highly fashionable style and classic appearance that stands out on the red carpet.
Outstanding Philanthropist Award
Awarded to an individual who displays personal involvement in community activities, leadership abilities, selflessness, and actively contributes time, talent, and finances to positively affect the community and its citizens.
Show Promoter of the Year
Must possess deep insight into showbiz and entertainment, a great sales track record, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and strong contact and social skills.
Best DJ of the Year
The DJ must display exemplary professional skills in mixing, EQing, phrasing, and beatmatching, along with great customer relationship skills, the ability to wow the audience, active involvement in community activities, and promotion of Nigerian songs.
Fashion Designer of the Year
Recognition based on authenticity and originality, design concept and quality, vision and fashion factor, pattern construction, creativity and craftsmanship, potential for commercial production, and overall stylistic concept.
Best MC of the Year
The MC should steer the event to success, possessing necessary skills to handle various aspects of an event and enable organizers to meet their objectives.
Youth of the Year
Nominee evaluation based on achievements within the last 12 months, personal and professional development and growth, active involvement in the community, and being under 40 years of age.
Senior of the Year
Evaluation based on high standards of character, an excellent track record, positive influence on youth and the community through achievement and leadership, and being easily accessible.
Organizational Excellence Award
Recognition for demonstrating and following a systems approach to change and development within organizations and their impact on the community.
Best Party of the Year
Nominee evaluation based on enticing invitation, interesting group of guests, beautiful decoration, lively playlist, excess food and drinks, and elements of surprise.
Business of the Year
Nominees should demonstrate outstanding financial performance, innovation, community involvement, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Most Popular New Business of the Year
Nominees should be recently established businesses that have shown rapid growth, strong social media presence, positive customer feedback, innovative marketing, and a unique value proposition.
Music Artist of the Year
Nominees should have achieved musical success, displayed artistic innovation, delivered memorable performances, engaged with fans, and made a significant impact on music culture.
Pathfinder Excellence Award
This award recognizes individuals for visionary leadership, innovation, impact, mentorship, and resilience in their field.
